Li-ion battery pack

I recently received a li-ion battery from Aliexpress. It came without the charger and with some dubious characteristics.

I bought it as an extra power source for portable hamradio operations, my rig is not power hungry and I hope it will be a good cheep alternative to LiFEPO4 batteries.

I decided to tear it apart and figure out if there is a BMS (as advertised) and the overall safety of that power pack.
